Overview
The T-500 Plant uses manual production for cellular lightweight concrete, with a nominal output of 500 blocks per day. The configuration combines slurry and foam mixing with block moulds, without a cutting machine or bulk silos.
Production capacity
Nominal output: 500 blocks per day. Actual output depends on block dimensions, mix design, shift length, mould availability, curing and handling. Confirm the operating specification with our team.
Mixing & foam control
The hollow-bore shaft spiral mixer is designed to distribute pre-generated foam through the slurry with controlled mixing, helping preserve the cellular structure. Mix design, dosing, mixing time and quality checks are established during commissioning.
Operation
Manual production configuration. Site layout, utilities and staffing are planned around the agreed equipment specification.
